Vienna is not a place I discovered. It is a place that shaped me.
I was born here. I learned how to look here. The city taught me patience — through long streets, familiar corners, and days that repeat until they quietly change.
In April, Vienna begins to loosen its grip. The air grows lighter, shadows stretch, and the city exhales after winter. Nothing dramatic happens — and that is exactly the point. Beauty here is subtle. It reveals itself only if you slow down.
I photograph Vienna the way one photographs a memory: carefully, without interruption.
These streets don’t ask to be documented. They already know who I am.
